When reviewing applications for work permits for foreign nationals in China, the relevant Chinese authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, will examine the genuine operational status of the employing entity, including but not limited to its tax compliance and the authenticity of its business activities. The necessity of employing foreign personnel for the position in question will also be subject to rigorous scrutiny. This requires that the employing entity of foreign emloyees maintain sound and authentic business operations. At the same time, when engaging foreign employees, due attention should be given to the urgency and necessity of filling the specific position with a foreign national.
