China’s New Rule: Online Entry Declarations for Foreigners

 In order to further improve the efficiency of entry border inspection and optimize the entry service experience of foreigners in China, according to the relevant deployment of China National Immigration Administration, the online filing system for foreigners 'entry cards will be formally implemented from November 20,2025.  The implementation of this policy marks that foreigners come to China to bid farewell to the "single paper filling" mode, and comprehensively shift to a convenient and intelligent management system of "online priority, multi-channel support and special circumstances", which not only conforms to the general trend of international entry and exit management, but also provides more efficient service guarantee for Chinese and foreign personnel exchanges.
