Mandatory quarantine cancelled in HK

Hong Kong has announced four new measures to facilitate entry and exit. The mandatory quarantine measures upon entry are cancelled. The quarantine measures for persons arriving in Hong Kong are shortened from the original "3 4" to "0 3", i.e., 3-day centralized isolation in hotels is cancelled, and only 3-day medical observation is needed, during which persons may move freely but subject to the restrictions of "yellow code" in the vaccine pass.
