Nucleic Acid Declaration Cancelled for Entry-Exit Persons

The General Administration of Customs will launch the ninth edition of the entry-exit health declaration card of the people's Republic of China at 00:00 on August 31 2022.

1. The requirements for declaration of nucleic acid test information, previous infection and vaccination date of entry-exit personnel are cancelled

2. Improve or adjust the items that are easy to be questioned by the entry-exit personnel in the past, which is more convenient for the entry-exit personnel to understand and fill in.

3. The function of online confirmation of informed consent for sampling is added to make it more convenient for inbound and outbound passengers to simplify the on-site quarantine process

4. At present, there are two ways to fill in the entry-exit health declaration, one of which is electronic declaration. Inbound passengers can scan or download the wechat small program of "China Customs passenger fingertip service" and app to carry out online health declaration during check-in, before boarding and after landing.
